| •If you decided didn't come to Bali, and just do online order we are the right person to handle your order. We are sure we can give you the best price of products and better service |
•We use friendly shopping cart system. Simply enter the quantity number in each item that you want to purchase and then use "add to cart" button. The products will be added to your "Shopping Cart" automatically and you will redirect to shopping cart page. When you have completed your selections, use "send inquiry" button to forward your order to us. and follow the steps. Please note shopping cart is NOT order, orders will only be processed once a final written pro-forma invoice is sent to you and appropriate deposits have been paid only by Telex Transfer / Bank Transfer and We NOT able to reveived the payment via credit card only by Telex Transfer / Bank Transfer |
•Or create a list in MS Excel with item code and quantity that you would like to purchase, then send it to us directly by email. |
•About shipping cost: please inform us name of the port or nearest airport of your location/final destination of goods, city, state, country, phone. The minimum order by sea freight is 1 cubic meter (due to minimum shipment required by sea cargo is one cubic meter). If order a full container, you will receive discounted freight cost accordingly. Please note that a full container shipment will allow you considerable savings on freight charges. |
•We will reply to you with the best price quotes of the products you are interested to purchase. We always give the most competitive prices. Once you have decided to place the order, we will provide you with a pro-forma Invoice indicating the full cost of your order, including the shipping cost. |
•About payment: For orders totaling over US$2,000 a deposit of 50% is necessary to process your order. For total orders less than US$2,000 you must remit 100% of the total amount on the pro-forma invoice prior to processing your order. We only able to receive payments by Telex Transfer (T/T). You may contact us directly should you need any additional details on Telex Transfer. |
| •Once we received the deposit, we will process your order into our supplier and our craftsman. |
•We require approximately 4-5 week to prepare your order before they are ready to be shipped.It depends on what kind of item and quantity. Order full 20ft or 40ft container, will take approximately 30 - 50 working days for all products or even more |
•We will inform you when your order is finished and ready to be shipped. Then you must complete the final payment, if necessary. |
•Once the order is in transit, we will send you the copy of shipping bill and any related shipping documents. We will continue to keep in touch with you until the order has arrived safely. |

•We are buying agent and wholesale handicrafts. However, we can often accommodate your orders for items not shown in our catalog. If you'd like us to act as your buying agent here in Bali, we can probably get better prices than you could find on your own. |
